DESIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Design Turnarounds are negotiable and made on a case by case basis.
Average turn arounds for design projects are 5 - 10 business days.
Making any payments on ASPS design does not initiate turn around time for your apparel orders.

All design payments must be completed in full, before design files are sent to the customer.
Before a design is moved to finalization a deposit must be made.
The deposit amount is subject to project specifics, which are listed below.
All hourly design projects require a minimum of one hour.
A non-refundable 50% deposit, based on the quoted number of hours, is required before starting a project.
All time is covered under our hourly rate, and final time spent on design is subject to change based on project needs.
Any additional edits requested to your design will incur an hourly design fee.
If a design is completed, but not used, the hourly rate will still be charged for time spent.
A concept will be discussed, and approved based on the customer's needs.
If necessary, sketches and design samples can be provided to ensure the concept is what the client wants.
When a concept and budget is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to complete a design.
Flat-rate pricing options include revisions that are within project scope.
Revisions that go outside of the project's scope will be subject to additional hourly design fees.
Any time needed for revisions will be estimated before hand, to ensure there are no "surprise fees".
All files are high resolution and print ready. These files will be delivered after payment is completed.
We do not charge for usage rights to designs made. Once paid in full, you can use your designs as many times as you like. It is yours to keep.
Mockups with various color options are included, per design project.
We reserve the right to show any designs in portfolios or advertisements, once your order is completed and delivered.
